Wait, what's the cause for it not working? Does your computer just say "no" or is there something to do with a fault installing/downloading it?

Maybe go into programs and make sure it's completely uninstalled and try installing it again? It wouldn't work on my brother's computer either and then my older brother downloaded it again for him like a month later and it worked that time.
