The Trucido War [StH RP]

Planet Earth was never seen as a decent source for minerals. It was believed that, in some of the long forgotten temples before modern civilization took over, there were relics of "The Unsung Warriors". It was unknown as to how many relics there were, but, on a fateful day, these relics started to find their energy... it was unleashed, but remained unknown to human beings and Mobians alike.

After mere days, there were some factions, completely unknown to humans, which showed up...

The Quantum Mechanical Empire - Their hunt to prove their superiority only whetted their appetite for war. They look to create the most feared army the universe has seen.
The Sidus Empire - A once ancient empire, their use of ancient tactics prove highly effective today... they look to remove the word "evil" from the planet.
The Domarian Syndicate - A titanic powerhouse. Despite never showing their full power, they look to add Earth to their collection of conquered planets.

As was predicted, the human's vast range of armies fell victims to the power of these three factions... but there was more. Reports had been thrown about of more factions appearing, each looking to obtain these relics.

The planet Earth was in turmoil... chaos reigned, destruction bullied the countries, and war was seen as the new form of politics in such a rampant time.

Who was going to stand up to these tyrants of war?

(I'll be using Jetzii and Atika to start. Oh, Vegas hasn't been attacked yet, since everyone will be starting there. After you've both chosen your starting characters, we'll begin.)

(I'm going to use Mattias and most likely going to make a new character)

Las Vegas was barely affected by the war... despite news getting out about the invasions, the streets were still bustling with life. Humans and Mobians alike were living peacefully, albeit with concern. Two of the Mobians, Atika and Jetzii, were busy taking in the Nevadan heat of the sun, of course Jetzii being far more cooled off than Atika due to her heavy black clothing.
"Pfff... why do you want to go to this casino again? You've been to all of them at least 3 times and all you do is lose your money." She wasn't impressed.
"Oh come on, Tiks, I'm feelin' this Dollar here is gonna win me millions this time." Jetzii's confidence and greed replied. Atika shook her head with disapproval, looking round to see if any friends were in the large crowds about.

(Should I make a CS or what?)

Ryu

My eyes ran over the crowd as I sat by the bar. I smiled relaxing taking in the atmosphere. Even though it was noisy it was somewhat.. soothing? I shrugged and spun around on my chair getting up.

(Nah. We waiting for Matt?)

(Sorry, I'v'e been busy lately and forgot we were starting a new RP. Also, I'm gonna guess it's some time around noon or so)

[Mattias]

I was heading towards my friend Kat's hotel to pick her up and take her out for lunch, "as friends" as she said, even though I saw it differently.

Nobody... Atika hadn't really seen any familiar faces around for a while.
"Alright, use up your dollar and let's get out of here, I wanna go to the Luxor and see what's in there." She stated, hoping Jetzii would pay attention and not get glued to the casino for the twenty-second time. She'd been keeping count.



"Judge Servahl," A Praetor, the third-highest ranking commander level under Judge, approached. "We've located a large settlement nearby." ... A fleet of ships was hovering at cloud-height over the Nevada. The Judge was watching a holographic map, but instead of vectors and polygons, everything was shown as a type of unique chess piece.
"Capture it by any means necessary. I do not want us to lose our first city, Praetor..." He spoke down to him with the voice of age, but of high authority and importance.
"Yes Judge Servahl."
The fleet couldn't be seen yet, but they were heading over towards Las Vegas.

Ryu

I glanced at my watch and smiled slightly. "It's time.." I stood up and walked through the crowd heading to the Luxor.

[Mattias]

I got to the hotel where Kat was staying and checked the time on my phone. I was ten minutes early. "I guess I'm just a little excited.." I mumbled under my breath.

Atika was sat down on a chair, a few feet behind the roulette table which Jetzii was wasting his time on... or at least, so she thought.
Seconds turned into minutes...
"Ugh... how's he still got any money on him?" Her prediction of him losing his money a few minutes ago was already bogged. She got up, walking over to see how he was doing with money. "Are you done with your--" ... He had at least $150, from what seemed like out of the blue.
"Look, enough money for me to buy some decent stuff!" He bragged, turning his attention back to the table. Her boredom turned into interest, wondering just how he was doing so well.

Outside, the ships could now be seen as mere dots in the sky... apart from the primary ship. Very few people had noticed them, not enough to fully raise attention.

Ryu

I entered the Luxor, my eyes scanning the room. I made my way through the crowd slowly eyeing people every now and then through my glasses.

Meanwhile six figures stood upon the roof. Each one was dressed in pitch black clothing with a red dragon tattoo on the back of it.

[Mattias]

I sat on a bench waiting for the time I was actually supposed to pick Kat up. I looked up at the sky as I waited.

"C'mon, let's gooo..." Atika bothered Jetzii, who'd just lost all his money thinking he could get too lucky.
"But I--"
Let's GO." She tugged him out of his seat, dragging him outside as they made their way over.



"Ready the carriers!" The Praetor ordered, the Judge carefully monitoring what was going on in the city. He was questioning whether or not they would need their Automaton.

Ryu

I walked over around tapping the side of my glasses ever so slightly. Suddenly the view changed and I was seeing in IR. My eyes scanned the crowds of people. As expected guards had guns hidden in holsters under their suits and I was surprised to see afew other people with their own handguns. Mine of course were hidden.. but not in my clothing. I walked to the entrance and leaned on a wall folding my arms.


The figures were setting something up. A small cannon is what it looked like.

[Mattias]

I checked the clock on my phone again, there was still 5 minutes until I was supposed to pick her up. "Grrr... This is taking forever.." I mumbled under my breath.

"We're close by. Send in the foot soldiers."

A few more people picked up on the closing in fleet... but now there were tens more dots appearing from underneath the primary ship. They approached with speed, not shooting, but setting down at the mouth of the city. They began to open up from the sides... and then for each single pod, a group of 10 large and heavily armoured soldiers came out, looking like modernised medieval knights. Most wielded hulking great swords, whilst some carried large and highly dangerous crossbows. They all formed a line in the midst of a street, their shields acting as a wall together. More of the same could be seen flying over and spreading to other parts of the city.

"I--" ... Atika could sense the danger. She turned round, her ears folded back over her head, looking for the danger outside.
"Almost..."
"Jet, we need to get out of here."
"But I've nearly--"
"JETZII!" A large group of Sidusian soldiers came in through the main entrance, blocking off the main exit. Atika's immediate reaction was to grab Jet's wrist and run for one of the fire exits.

("modernised medieval knights" Awesome! And I'm surprised how quickly you responded. I would stay and chat, but I've got to go for class :/ )

[Mattias]

I could hear people screaming all of a sudden. "What's going on?" I mumbled under my breath as I ran towards the sounds of screaming, 'I'll catch up with Kat later.. It sounds like I'm needed..' I thought.

Ryu

I watched as a large group of people came through the main entrance. "Right on cue.." I smiled to myself and then began to back away as if scarred.. I was acting of course to lure them in..

The figures on the roof nodded at each other and then aimed the cannon.

"STAY WHERE YOU ARE!" A swordsman who's armour had gold linings, a slightly larger sword and a I on his pauldrons - A Ieuvenis - bellowed. They were actually just first-ranking officers. None of the men knew about the emergency exits yet.
"Quick!" Atika opened up the Fire exit and ran through with Jetzii, which lead to a few other Mobians doing the same thing until one of the swordsmen ran over and blocked off the entrance. He looked too big and heavy to be taken on by a normal Mobian.

"Are the two Tyrants ready?"
"We won't be needing them, Judge. So far there's no enemy air units to worry about."
"Good. Let it stay that way."

Ryu

I shook my head. "No.. you stay where you are" I grinned and rose my hand. Suddenly a giant beam of ice shot towards them making a wall blocking them. "Bye bye" I teleported away to the exit standing infront of the swordsmen.

[Mattias]

I came to a street with a bunch of what looked like knights in the midst of it. "Oh shoot.." I mumbled as I looked at them, they looked way to big for me to take them down. I instantly turned back around and raced for the hotel Kat was staying at. If anything, I was going to try and protect her.

The swordsmen didn't see Ryu's escape, but they slashed through the ice wall and broke through quicker than expected.
"He's gone!"
"FIND HIM!" Aside from the Ieuvenis, who stayed guard at the main door, the others searched round the room for the Mobian, thinking he was still in there.

"Down there!" Jetzii pointed to an alleyway down next to a bar, seeing some door down there. They both ran for it, hearing a troop shout and reveal their location. A large bolt from a crossbow slammed into a wall. It was the size of a thick spear.

More and more Sidusians were coming in, one group even consisted of soldiers with very heavy and thick armour, equipped with large lances and heavy shields. They were the anti-vehicle troops. The fleet continued to approach, now nearly over the city.

(I think I should have had the QME first invade. These guys are really large and bulky :l)
