Chapter 1: Sauron's Damage

"I'm sorry Sauron did this to you, Heart" Mecha said as he stood next to Heart who was in a hospital bed. "It wasn't your fault, Mecha" Heart replied, "But I could have saved you, I couldl have stopped him from-" Mecha started, "It's ok, Mecha" Heart interrupted, her face had alot of bandages on it, she had a broken arm, a broken leg, and she had lost a decent ammount of blood.

(Dex could start heading towards the hospital or just entering the room or something)

I teleported outside of the room, knocking on the door and smiled entering. "Hey guys"

Both Heart and Mecha looked at Dex, "Hi, Dex" Heart said, smiling weakly, Mecha looked back down at Heart, thinking.

I sighed walking to them both. "You need anything?"

"Not really" Heart replied. "Hey, Dex" Mecha said, still lost in thought. A beeping sound came from Mecha's pocket, Mecha reached in and pulled out a communicator, he quickly pressed a button and read some text then put the communicator back in his pocket. "I have to go, sorry" He said as he ran to the door, "Mecha" Heart said. Mecha stopped just before heading out the door, "Yes?" He asked, "Promise me you won't go after Sauron" She said. Mecha sighed, "No one has told you yet, have they?" Mecha asked, not turning around.

I looked at the two, my face saddening slighty. I sat down on a chair.

"Told me what?" Heart asked, "You won't the only one that was hurt" Mecha said, "I know, Victor was injur-" Heart started, "Victor was killed... And I still haven't found Shade..." Mecha interrupted. "Mecha, I'm so sorry!" Heart said, "I have to go" Mecha said as he opened the door, he walked outside and closed the door. Mecha sighed, a tear rolling down his cheak, then he ran off as fast as he could out of the hospital and towards his destination.

I looked at Heart sighing. "I'm sorry Heart.."

"It's not your fault..." Heart replied.

Mecha was almost there, he saw a group of people in the distance, 'I hope I get to fight something' Mecha thought.

I looked out of the window thinking. "Do you want me to heal anything for you?"

"I don't think there's anything you can heal..." Heart said.

Mecha slowed to a walk as he approached the group, there was a girl with a quiver full of arrows an a bow on her back, another girl with two UMP45s on the sides of her legs and an M16 strapped to her back, a guy with two swords strapped to his back, and Mattias. "It's about time you got here" Mattias said, "Sorry, I was talking to someone..." Mecha said, Mattias grinned, guessing who he was talking to.

Heart looked at Dex, "Dex, could you do a favor for me?" She asked him.

I turned to face her smiling. "Of course anything"

"Could you talk to Mecha? Victor was his best friend and I can see that he (Mecha) is really hurting." Heart asked.

"Why'd you call us here?" The man with the swords asked, "I've found one of Sauron's bases. I bet he's got something 'special' down there, and iff we can get it, it could turn the tide in the battle against Sauron!" Mattias replied. Mecha thought for a second, "Will Sauron be there?" Mecha asked, "Probably not, no" Mattias replied. "Any more questions?" Mattias asked, Everyone shook their heads, "Good, let's move out" Mattias said, and then everyone started following Mattias.

I smiled and nodded. "Of course but where could he be now?" I frown then nod. "Right guess I head off to see him then. Cya Heart" I stood up and kissed her cheek. "Hope you get better soon" I then teleported.

Heart blushed, then looked out the window.

Mecha was at the very back of the line, thinking, inside he was also hoping Sauron was there.

I appeared close by and watched Mecha and the group frowning. "Who are they?" I watched thinking if I should approch them

Mecha frowned, "Can we go any faster?!" He asked, Mattias chuckled, "Some people here don't have superspeed" He said, "Besides, if we walk we can see what's infront of us before we meet it". Mecha sighed, "Awesome... 'Cause I love seeing stuff..." Mecha mumbled.

I shrugged then stepped out behind him. "Mecha?"

Mecha slowly turned around and looked at Dex, "What do you want?" Mecha asked rudely.

I raised an eyebrow. "To talk.. were worried about you. You don't have to go through this alone."

Mecha sighed, "Maybe later, right now I'm busy, if you hadn't noticed" He said, he looked over his shoulder and saw the group walking on without him.

I nodded. "Fine, but what are you doing? Need any help?" I smiled tilting my head to one side.

"Probably not, we have five people already" Mecha replied.

I nodded. "Ok then.."

"Well, I've got to go now, bye" Mecha said, then he quickly ran back over to the group, "Welcome back" Mattias said, "Thank you..." Mecha said.
