Both of the twins landed on their feet, turning to Moe as they chuckled in unison.
"Time to die, little piggy...~" Hansel murmured, walking towards Moe as their chainsaw and buzzsaws were still active.

Moe shot a dark energy beam at each of them and then jumped back onto his feet, landing in a fighting stance.

Gretel was hit, her right optic flickering from the damage inflicted, but Hansel managed to avoid it and went in to attack.

Moe rolled to his right and attempted to sweep Hansel's legs out from under him.

The van slowly came to a stop by a section of the wall. It seemed to be a random section, but Brego knew where to go. The rest of the Road Rats came to a halt around the van, Big Daddy signalling to the others to stay in their vehicles as he got off of his chopper. He walked over to Brego as he got out, hopping on top of the van.
"We're climbing over here... take this." He chucked a radio down to Big D. "If all goes as planned, we'll be getting out at this section too. I want some cover here... otherwise, keep doing what you do best." He said. They both nodded to each other, then set off to do their part. Brego hopped down and opened the back doors of the van, nodding his head to the side as a signal to get out. Meanwhile, Big D signalled to Butcher, the one with the hockey mask, to stay put since his pickup truck had an LMG mounted on the back. The rest were told to station themselves around the power plant but to remain hidden.

"Let's go." Brego grinned.

Hansel didn't anticipate the attack and was tripped up, landing on his back. He aimed his rocket launcher at Moe and fired, but due to him being off balance the rocket flew off into the distance.

Moe grinned evilly as he walked over to Hansel and threw a powerful punch towards his face, completely forgetting about Gretel.

(Well, Dex, You better start getting active again because on the 22-24 of March I won't be able to post at all)

I began to flit, grinning as he tried to keep up with me. Marks began to appear in the ground where the sword slammed into it.

Dan and Vlad both got out, looking around as the other vehicles went their seperate ways.
"You guys stay here for a moment, I'm gonna check to see if the coast is clear on the other side." Brego said. He rolled under the van, vanishing from sight again.
"I hate it when he does that." Dan said.

Hansel managed to block the punch with the flat side of his chainsaw, trying his best to stand himself up. Gretel was still trying to regain her proper sight as her vision was crackling up.

Moe threw another punch at Hansel's face, followed be a kick aimed at his stomach.

Floyd hopped out of the car and looked around.

Both of them hit Hansel, but now Gretel had come in from behind, about to (try to) cut through Moe with her buzzsaw.

Moe grabbed Hansel by the throat and brought his fist back for another powerful punch, his elbow going straight for Gretel's head without him even knowing it.

I flitted again and then grinned as my sword hit him cutting into his arm and body numerous times.


Meanwhile in a far away city a war raged.

One of Hansel's optics was punched loose from the impact. Gretel was bonked on the head (with the sound to accompany it)... she was getting annoyed, but she got a short signal from Doom Storm nearby.
"HANSEL!" She yelled.
"I GOT IT TOO, DUMBASS!" He roared back. Immediately, he knocked Moe to the side and stood up before they both started flying off. They could be heard arguing loudly with each other the further away they got.

Vlad and Dan were waiting patiently... so far, nothing bad had happened.
"I think getting zhe Gem will be simple enough." Vlad said, confidently. At least, he was confident until he saw Brego go hurtling through the wall, skidding to a halt on his back.
"... So now what?" Dan asked. Brego stood himself up, taking out both of his guns as the alarms from within the power plant went off. A Marauder was on the other side of the hole in the wall, almost waiting for the others to come in.
"... Well now we can only go in guns blazing." Brego said.
"Every man for himself. Once someone's got the Gem, you'll know." He vanished under the van... again.
"... Vorks for me." Vlad said, already getting a weapon at the ready as he opened fire on the Marauder. Dan stood aside, waiting until the mechanical monster was out of the way.

"We've got some activity... it doesn't seem to be Doom Storm or the Chailists." A couple of people were looking at a fresh report in the M.R.A communications office.
"Send out a spy plane."
Sure enough, a spy plane was en route to where the war was going on. They were concerned.

Moe stood to his feet, growling. "Come back and fight!" He yelled.

Floyd hid behind the van and summoned his bow, pulling the string tight.

Vlad got close to check if the Marauder was dead. Obviously not, as a sharp mechanical hand reached out to try and grab him. Brego had come in on the other side, slicing it's arm off... but that angered it a lot. It swung it's other arm round and almost hit Brego, who ducked underneath and rolled to the side. More guards were coming in with Vlad and Dan squeezing through the wall, both with their own tactics.

Moe started to look around, then shot off, knowing that backup would probably be after him.

Floyd came out from behind the van and shot his arrow at the Maurauder before running to new cover as he started to load his bow back up.

I spun and smashed my hand into the side of his head sending him flying. He growled. "I'll finsish you off later" He vanished.

I sighed planting my sword into the ground and leaned on it.



The City

"PUSH THROUGH!"
A large APC thundered forwards crushing cars under it, it's heavy machineguns a blaze. The RE were attacking a large force which had appeared from seemingly nowhere. Ground forces charged on guns ablaze as these enemies dropped down from the sky landing upon buidling and the ground. Fighter jets flew through the air as battle raged all over. "INCOMING!" A loud screech as a missle slammed into the ground next to a RE recon battle droid. "TAKE COVER! SEND THE TANKS IN FIRST!!" The ground units took shelter behind wrecked cars while the tanks surged past.

Images of the battle were sent to the M.R.A.
"Who are these guys?" The commander asked, walking in to take a look.
"We're not sure. Should we intervene?"
"... No. Not yet. We might be able to negotiate. If that doesn't work, we'll have to see what happens."

The arrow pierced the torso, but the beast shrugged it off as it shot it's microwave beams at Brego, who only just avoided them. Vlad pressed on through the clusters of silos that towered over the group, firing at the incoming guards. Dan tried sneaking past by going all the way around the sides, setting off a diversion every now and then to keep the guards busy.

I teleported to the group.

The tanks began to fire towards the large things that appeared to be coming from some form of portal in the sky. A giant foglike horn blared and a giant pillar began to emerge.

Floyd, with his bow string pulled back as far as it could go, came out of cover and shot another arrow at the Maurauder's head.

(Using a bow like this reminds me of Gotham City Impostors, I love that game!)

The marauder had moved behind the wall, fighting Brego recklessly - It smashed over three small energy pods that were used to store backup energy if it was needed. He was proving to be a very hard target to hit, which aggravated the marauder.

Floyd started to load his bow again, but didn't pull back the string yet as he crept up to the wall. He then pulled the string tight as he was about to step around the wall to shoot the Maurauder.

A few guards fired at Floyd before he could fire. Dan had finally managed to sneak round and arrived at some switches which looked as if they controlled the power. All of which were on. He chuckled to himself as he started switching them all off, causing most of the bright lights around both the building and the electric components outside to all switch off. This was perfect for Brego. Vlad... not so much.

I turned and drew my handgun firing upon the guards.

Floyd dove to the floor, but still got hit in the shoulder "AGHHH!!!" He yelled in pain. Floyd was now defenseless, the bullet had hit his strong armthat he used to fire the bow. Floyd attempted to crawl out of the line of fire.

Moe slowed to a halt as he reached the top of a mountain and looked around. 'Mount Chaos... I know this place all too well' He thought with a frown as he walked up to what appeared to be a crater in the ground, but as he got closer he could see that Mount Chaos was actually a volcano.
