"Never mind, he can catch up to us anyways!" Dan said to calm him down.
"... Fine. Wait here." Brego walked down the nearest alleyway, tucking into a dark region behind a dumpster. Moments later, black and purple clouds rose up from where he vanished. Vlad and Dan knew he'd be off to get a car. Vlad hoped it would be that APC they drove in with.
"At least we can't complain about the weather." Dan stated, looking up at the ceiling covering the entire city.

Floyd looked up at the ceiling, "Yeah, I guess you're right" Floyd agreed.

He cried out and his face got burned. I grinned throwing him away. He stood up slowly half his face burnt and scared. He looked at me and then vanished. I rose my arms, but was hit multiple time really fast, taking hit to the face and chest. I blocked some but not enough.

Brego had found a large van with several seats inside. There was nobody else around, so he started hijacking the car. He'd done this loads of times.

Floyd looked around, "Moe still isn't here? Where is he?" He asked no one in particular.

One upper cut sent me flying backwards through a buidling causing it to collaspse.

The sound of a car engine approached. Dan looked round to see a modern van driving toward them. It stopped once it was right next to Vlad. The window rolled down and Brego popped his head out.
"Get in. We're starting this crap now." He ordered. Vlad walked round the back of the van and opened the side door, waiting for the others to get in. Dan got in first.

I blinked afew times and stood up slowly. "That bloody well does it!" I flicked my arms quickly from an X to my sides. A giant black and white eruption shot from my body. "Play time is over"

Floyd walked around to the side of the van and climbed inside with a polite "Thank you" to Vlad.

Vlad looked around in case Moe was anywhere nearby.
"Egh..." He realised that he'd been gone for a while. He got into the truck, shutting the door as he sat down.
"We're ready to roll." Dan said, kind of excited about doing this sneaking mission. Brego immediately put the van into gear and drove off. "... What were we getting?" He forgot.
"Zhe Entity Gem... I zhink." Vlad answered. He hadn't heard of one before.

"Yeah, I think that's right... Isn't it supposed to be like ten times as powerful as a Chaos Emerald?" Floyd asked.

A black blur ran right infront of the van and kept going, it appeared to be heading towards the city's exit.

I walked through the rubble to where Harbringer was standing.

"Brego said it was some rich guy who sold it for millions. Has a similar power output as a regular Chaos Emerald." Dan said.
"Sounds like a sooper-skientist." Vlad said, meaning to say scientist.

Brego saw the black blur. He squinted, trying to make it out what it was before it disappeared out of sight. Too late for him. As for escaping, it would be almost impossible at this time.

(... I'm stumped as to why I gave Vlad an accent.)

(*Shrugs* Lol it's cool though. It makes him different and makes the RP that much funnier :-) )

"Skientist?" Floyd asked, not yet used to Vlad's accent.

The blur was already at the exit and attempted to rush right through, going to break anything and everything in it's path.

I stared at him waiting for him to do something.

"S-c... uh... i.. u-n-t--"
"We know what you mean. He was joking." Dan said to stop Vlad's painfully slow spelling attempt.

The reinforced doors into the tunnel that lead to the outside world were rammed through, the force of the blur forcing both guards back (two regular guards and a heavy) and splitting a heavy APC in two. However, this activated the defences and the two Medium turrets on either side of the tunnel opened fire on the blur.

Floyd bit his lip to stop a laugh, barely succeeding.

Two dark energy beams shot out from the blur at the two turrets and the blur sped up.

Both the turrets were destroyed almost instantaneously. The two anti-infantry tanks at the other end of the tunnel were going to be easy to smash through, but they also unleashed a few rather powerful shots at the blur, one even firing a missile. Now there were six real DS Assault troops by the entrance, all of which opened fire.

Vlad frowned at Lloyd, but Dan was also close to laughing. Brego took a right down an alleyway. They were almost there... the power plant was at least 500 Metres tall. The main attraction to it was the large yellow force field covering the factory and the central tower that had blue hexagonal neon windows all over it where, if there were people inside, could see outside.

The blur ran up the side of the wall and started running on the roof and shot two dark energys bombs at the troops, then the blur dropped back down to the floor and started going even faster, moving in a zigzag pattern. Whatever the blur was, it was determined to get out of the city.

Floyd looked at Vlad, a frown starting to appear on his face, "I'm sorry, I'm just not used to your accent yet" He said, hoping to make Vlad feel better.

The tanks were damaged quite badly, but they continued to open fire. All but one troop managed to survive, but he couldn't get up. He fired from the floor.

In the Doom Storm HQ on Mobius, the supreme commander had just received a fresh report of an (about to be) escapee from Odin City. It was a rather serious threat which could be a danger for what was really happening within the city. Despite that remaining anonymous (until the time really comes)...
"Deploy Gamma squad M. I want to know who and what escaped and I want it either captured or killed, pronto!"

The blur suddenly jerked to the left, just barely avoiding getting hit by the tank, then the blur shot two medium sized energy beams, one at each tank, just ignoring the downed troop.

Floyd looked out the window, thinking.

Brego was lucky he knew where the Road Rats were... why they chose to hide next to the factory surprised him.
"You guys stay in the van... I'm gonna wake our pals up." He whispered, being sarcastic about them being "pals". He gout out, slamming the van door shut behind him. The hideout was an old, run down car manufacturing company, which would explain how they were always able to replace their broken car parts so quickly. He saw there was a door that looked almost unhinged completely. Instead of deciding to break in, he used the shadows and darkness under the van to get inside. Once he appeared from underneath a small crane within the factory, he looked round. There were several sofas and bunk beds set up in the middle of the factory amongst the variety of car parts there were.

Both the tanks were destroyed, killing the troop with the explosions.

"I wonder what X is doing..." Floyd thought out loud, "... And Moe..." He said.

The blur sped up, trying to get out of the city before backup arrived for the troops.

The exit was literally a few metres away.

"I dunno... he can look after himself, though." Dan said, trying to relax.

"which one?" Floyd asked, looking at Dan.

The blur quickly ran out of the tunnel and kept going, trying to get away from the city as soon as possible.
